The receiver was very pleased with the fern. Unfortunately, I had ordered a hydrangea, which was not available in the delivery area so I had to substitute with a Boston Fern.

rep called to say Blue Hydrangea not available at any of local (Commack Long Island) florists. We agreed to substitute another plant. A beautiful plant was delivered & left on front stoop as requested, HOWEVER, it was a sympathy delivery & a Holloween decoration was inserted, which means only half the instructions were read. I will continue to use your services however, as in the past I've always been very pleased

Received a pink hibiscus rather than a blue hydrangea. The hibiscus was very large with many blooms & buds. The recipient was very pleased. The florist did a very nice substitution!

Ordered the blue hydrangea specifically for the color for a funeral. The local florist called to say they didn't have blue hydrangeas and asked if they could substitute white azaleas. I had no options at that time so said OK. Did not go the funeral so did not see them.
