A friend of mine is recovering from major surgery, and I sent this bouquet to lighten her spirits. She absolutely loved the arrangement. I started using Teleflora a couple of years ago and their delivery service has consistently been exceptional. Flowers are always fresh, and beautifully presented. Also, I love that the flowers are personnally delivered by a florist. I've used other well-known, national flower delivery services in the past and don't like when they Fedex flowers in a box (assembly required, and the flowers aren't fresh) -- that's not the way I want flowers delivered to my loved ones.

This was a gift to a very special relative. The flowers were fabulous. The variety and freshness were exceptional. The only reason that I did not give five stars is because the vase delievered was very different than the one pictured. I selected this arrangment because of the vase. The vase delivered was very nice, just not the one that I selected.

I was disappointed in Rising Sun. I ordered it for my mother's birthday and when I saw it, it was not all yellow flowers like the description had said. I understand sometimes substitutions have to be made, but this was rediculous. There were a lot of white flowers. I specifically picked this out because my mother loves yellow flowers and this arrangement was going to be all yellow. I was not happy and it cost [$]! It is one thing to spend a lot of money on flowers and they are terrific, but to spend so much and the flowers were a let down is making me reconsider ordering from Teleflora.com in the future.

Unfortunately it did not come close to the picture. I order flowers often for business and personal reasons. I was looking forward to the experinced and it fell significantly short for what was advertised. Great potential but absolutely not even close. What attracted me to try was the delivery of a finished product which your competitors do not offer. Instead my recipint recived a product I could have put together myself. By purchasing the flowers, vase and trimmings myself. Horrible presentation did not represent the product. I imagine you can do a lot better.
