              Pictures online expressed what we wanted to say at an out of state funeral. Family thanked us and said they flowers were beautiful,

              However, since they were delivered over 1000 miles from home, it would be nice to see a picture of the actual floweres that were sent.

              I suggest that since most of the flowers I send are done online, it would be easy for the sending florist to take a digital picture of the bouquet and send it to the sender. The florist gets the order online, so why not respond with a pic.

              Merchant response: Thanks for the suggestion regarding the digital pictures. Since each member shop is independently owned & operated, that would be an independent shop decision.
