The arrangement was beautiful just like the picture on the website. The sunflowers were and smelled fresh. The decor was even better in real life. The vase was a great fit for the flowers. It was so perfect!!

I'm not sure why, but the florist added several purple flowers to the bunch and it detracted from the sunflowers. While it is their policy that things may be substituted if not available, they should have done a much better job at imitating the original design, by using at least yellow or white flowers. Additionally, this was ordered several weeks in advance and I find it very disappointing that a substitution was even required in the first place- I allowed Teleflora to pick a florist in the area. The change in flower, color, and design altered the meaning of the gift and as a result the message on the card was not as well connected as it should have been. They could have done better. The flowers that did arrive were not damaged in any way.
