I learned about Teleflora when they had the USAA contract. The flowers were always perfect. When USAA dropped Teleflora as their provider, I went with Teleflora directly. The flowers are always perfect, and in this case, my lady friend lost her breath at how pretty they are. Why change flower companies for a few pennies? Stay with what works. Stay with what keeps the ladies happy!

We saw an online video of the product as received. It was lovely--unique shaped "background" was not eucalyptus, as in the website picture, but some kind of vine--apparently the local florist did not have the eucalyptus. Nonetheless, the arrangement was beautiful--soft, appealing pink roses and other flowers. My MIL was so pleased!

You just never know what the flowers are going to look like when you are sending flowers long distance. You are not there to see them and you sure hope that you got your monies' worth. I am very pleased with the flowers that were sent. Even though I was not able to see them, my firends told me they were spectacular! Thank you TELEFLORA for having a good group of florists that aim to please and go beyond the call for me when I send flowers, long distnce!

overall it was acceptable as the receiver did not know what they were suppose to look like
the flowers did not appear to be fresh fresh they were crammed looking in he dish and there was no eucylyptus for the heart I dont know what is was but it did not make a heart looked more like a handle Had there been a heart it would have been perfect - but the receiver did not know so they were happy

We sent this arrangement as a sympathy / remembrance bouquet for my husband's aunt. His cousin said the bouquet warmed her heart and that it was "absolutely gorgeous".

I sent these flowers to my inlaws for their anniversary. I read the reviews as well as other reviews on the site and was a little concerned that reviewers said they weren't getting what they ordered. I emailed teleflora and asked to be notified if the flowers were going to be missing the heart shape. It wasn't, however the flowers were not the same! They stayed within the same color scheme but that's about it. No tulips, a couple roses.. I was disappointed. The arrangement was still beautiful but not what I expected. At least it still had the heart shape unlike the other reviewer! However, my mother in law did love the flowers so I guess that's all that matters!
