[...] the flowers I ordered were not delivered. They were orchids and that's about all I can say. Purple was delivered rather than the orange in the photo and the florist for some reason used a wide necked vase so all of the stem just kind of fell over. Not a very striking presentation.

I had hoped to get the beautiful Ember Orchids but instead my mother got the white. She said they were nice but I really wish she would have gotten the fall colors instead. I was disappointed because this is the first time I had a substitution sent instead of what I wanted.

I wanted to send something different to someone who collects orchids. This bouquet was sent on-time and I received 4 different phone calls from different people who saw the bouquet. They all left me messages telling me how beautiful it was and asked how I found the florist. I had to admit it was online with almost no effort!

Bouquet looked nothing like the picture. I specifically chose it for the person because it was warm colors and got purple. And I had upgraded!!! Bummer for me. The recipient was happy.
