Very very sad!!!! I sent this order to West Springfield, MA. Their florist is irresponsible person.
1. The vase was clear!
2. 2 yellow gerbera, two light orange gerberas, 4 yellow roses, only one dark red gerbera, 4 dark grey brown exotic flowers.
Does they know different between yellow and orange color, or it's not the matter?

WHERE IS THE FIRE?
My mom was happy, even on the next day, but I don't care already. There was not what i ordered, because this bunch of flowers I could easily order in any other service.

I selected this arrangement because of the flowers...the color...and, especially the vase. The receipent received nothing like the pictured arrangement. She was very pleased w/the flowers and I guess that's the most important thing....but, she sent me a picture so I could see it and 'I' was very disappointed!!! Of course I didn't say anything to her and I was debating about filing a complaint.....so, I'm very happy to receive this rating email. I wanted to include the picture, but can't get it to 'paste' to this site. ???
