The flowers were OK, but, we were really expecting pink/peach Gerbera daisies as shown online. Also, the funeral director had to call the florist to come back to the funeral home and "repair" the design. [...]. The design was "mended" on the casket during the viewing while people were in the room, but that was our only choice. The florist apologized but said only they'd been "very busy" at his shop. I just find it inexcusable that flowers sent to go on someone's casket would be anything other than someone's best effort, even if someone had to stay late, give up their break time, lunch time, whatever it takes. As it turned out, they were OK but I would not order from this particular florist again. Serves him right for having to cross town at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I hope he learned a lesson.

I selected the least expensive option for the half-couch casket spray since the viewing was only for 2 hours. When I saw the delivered product I thought it had to be the most expensive since it looked so beautiful and was so full of flowers.
