The arrangement was very attractive but a miniature version of what I ordered. This was no fault of teleflora and they did make it right in the end. The product was 13" smaller than estimated dimensions and looked horrible on the stand, like it didn't belong there. I wish I knew which florist was responsible to assure never to use them again but I was not provided with that information when requested. I will continue to use teleflora as they have come through in the past and did make this right. I would strongly advise when ordering an item like this to specify in the notes section that you expect the dimensions listed or very close to it, I certainly will.

The Hope and Honor Cross flower spray arrived as requested on the day of the viewing and service. I was pleased to see it alongside the other flower sprays. A beautiful assortment of red and white flowers displayed in an appropriate manner. Several hours after ordering the flowers I received an email alert, a florist was selected. It put my mind at ease to know a florist would be handling this request ASAP. The price was more reasonable than other online florists.
