Very attractive bouquet

I had this bouquet sent to my girlfriend as a surprise and she absolutely loved it! She kept going on and on about how beautiful the roses were and how lovely their fragrance was!

The product was perfect. The recipient loved them and a week later, still loves them!

The bouquet was beautiful. It was so nicely arranged and appropriate to the occasion. I sent them to my girlfriend's work at a local elementary school and the response from her was amazing. She was so impressed with the flowers. The delivery service was wonderful. I even had forgotten to give instructions about the specifics of the delivery and I called back to make sure I could still get my instructions correct. The customer service at Teleflora was great. The took care of all of my needs and I was totally satisfied.

The actual product was not as pictured. They omitted the red bow (which I liked in the picture) and the greenery was very different (which was okay). I went with a simple design so it would look the same as the picture--but even this one did not. I like using you as a florist, but the flowers do not usually match the picture, which is disappointing.

The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was very pleased. I have used Teleflora many times and have always been happy with the flowers and delivery.
