I ordered from Teleflora for the first time last week. I ordered an arrangement for my mom's birthday. Although the arrangement wasn't exactly like the picture it was still just as beautiful! The flowers still look fresh 7 days later! The delivery woman was Hispanic, so she could talk to my mom (who is a predominantly Spanish speaker). I'd like to think that Teleflora thought ahead and sent it with a Spanish speaking delivery person. The overall value of ordering through Teleflora was worth it and I look forward to ordering more.

The bouquet was absolutely beautiful! The flowers were fresh and vibrant and was put together to perfection. It was even better than it looked on the website and the description was very accurate - able to make a beautiful selection very quickly off of the website.

I always use Teleflora and the people received them have actually sent pictures of them on my iphone to me. I am always happy to have a need to send from here as I love flowers and I trust this online retailer as everyone is always so happy with what I send.
Unfortunately, the florist sent the wrong bouquet of flowers, wrong actual flowers, vase, AND colors. It was ironic that I went to the recipients home to visit 2 days after she received them and was shocked when they were from me. Teleflora used a florist close to the home where they were sent and I called them. They were rude, short, yet said they would get my refund and call me the next day. These were flowers for "sympathy", and I did not want a corrected arrangement sent.
They did not call me after 6 days and I contacted Teleflora by email. They responded within ONE hour. Apologizing, refunding my money AND issuing a large discount on my next order!
This is service we should all get from our retailers but they normally fall short in some way. Teleflora gets an A++++ from me and I will certainly continue to use this company for flowers.
