I have used all the other online companies when ordering flowers, and have always been a bit disappointed.

I send flowers to my girl the 10th of every month, so I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. From incorrect orders to rotten roses, I have seen it all. Not to mention, receiving a box that you have to assemble yourself, doesn't have the same POP as receiving a beautiful arrangement.

Well, that's what I got, a beautiful arrangement. She could not be happier. The arrangement was perfect!

I have finally found my regular florist! Thank you Teleflora, you have made my life much easier.

I'll be seeing you on the 10th of next month.

This was my first time using your service and I was highly disappointed to say the least. I paid for same day delivery to my girlfriend's office. This was supposed to be a surprise. I ordered the flowers at approximately 9:00am yesterday morning. By 3:00pm, my girlfriend had not mentioned receiving anything "special" at work, so I called your Customer Service team. I was informed that the driver was en route.



At 4:15pm the delivery person called HER, instead of me, to say he was running late and would be there in 40 minutes. This completely ruined the surprise and caused her to have to stay in her office after normal business hours. In fact, my girlfriend, who works a second job, had to wait until after 5:00pm to receive them, which caused her to be late to this second job.

This is not my idea of romantic or convenient, nor does it make me ever want to use your service again. I would have preferred a phone call to ME. And, if the delivery could not be made in time, I would have preferred that the delivery be made the following morning, so she could have at least enjoyed seeing the flowers on her desk for the entire day...not for 5 seconds as she rushed out the door.

I chose Tele Flora because your ads indicate fast delivery of beautiful flowers. This was NOT fast. It was inconvenient and annoying. If I wanted her to get flowers in the evening, I would have gone to the grocery store, bought a dozen roses for far less money, and handed them to her myself.



I hope that you can rectify this.

Although I did not see final product, the recipients were very excited and complemetary of the gorgeous bouquet. Sent it for son and daughter-in-laws first anniversary and it seemed to be as pleasing as I had hoped.

To my little disappointment, the bouquet delivered did not exactly match the website photo. However, my daughter loved them, that made me happy as this was for her birthday. I ordered this item because I liked the bear grass and the red vase but it was done with another design with a clear vase similar to the original. They used white million star gypsophila instead of the little purple flowers which, in my opinion, gave it a better result when putting together with dark red roses.
