I paid for quality flowers and got carnations. I complained and was told I would get a refund of some token amount. I talked to several representatives and could not understand their broken english. I understand when flowers are not in season but carnations are a lot cheaper than what I paid for. Teleflora was easy to use but I now use a company with integrity that when they promise a refund they deliver.
