Taking into consideration the time of year, the Christmas holiday season, I was more than pleased with the product, the delivery and the reception of the recipient. Upon delivery, the arrangement was fresh and vibrant. To this day, now a week later, the flowers are still just as fresh and vibrant. Having used the 'Telefora' website previously for floral delivery, my expectations were met and exceeded again. Thank you once again for making this a positive experience and one that I will make again in the future.

The flowers were fresh, just as pictured, and arrangement was really lovely. I gave as a gift and receiver commented a number of times how pretty these flowers were and perfectly sized for dinner table. The only item holding back 5 stars was the vase was lined with foil instead of being silver, which would have been nicer.

Arrangement was perfect in size, presentation, and freshness. Recipient lives in assisted living residence, and this arrangement fit her apartment. She was able to carry it to the dining room for dinner each day so that others could enjoy. The container was not silver, it was clear glass. This substitution is not a problem as the overall design and presentation was not impacted. My aunt was delighted.
