My Mother-in-Law absolutely loved this bouquet. It arrived early on the day of delivery and even though the florist ran out of the balloon I ordered she added extra flowers to make up for it which I thought was great customer service.

The arrangement was beautiful and colorful, the flowers were very fresh. However, when I placed my order I added a Mylar balloon to the arrangement in order to meet the minimum dollar amount needed for that delivery area and when the flowers were delivered the balloon was not include even though I was charged for it.
