The bouquet was lovely!!!

The service I received was horrendous. I am not a complainer, and am in the customer service industry myself. Due to the service I experienced this time, I will not be using Teleflora again.

To make a long story short, I ordered the bouquet online. I entered the wrong delivery day. I had entered May 13th, and needed them there the 6th. So I called and changed the date to the 6th. The 6th came and went, with no flowers. I called on the 7th and was assured they would be delivered that day. Nope. I called the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th as this had become a cycle. My friend had lost his mother, and I was horrified to think the bouquet might be delivered that day. (It wasn't) With each call, the reps were lovely, just not able to do what they assured me they could. I figured that this week of having to call you daily was near an end because certainly they would be delivered on the 13th, as it was the original delivery date. Nope. They arrived on the 16th. The were lovely, and I am thankful for that.

They were for my immediate supervisor, the VP of our company. I did not appreciate being made to look completely lacking in the planning skills dept. I had to inform him of the bouquet and its possible arrival so he would inform me of there delivery.

Whole experience was horrible.
