I was very satisfied with my order. I usually send my mom flowers for her birthday and this was the best bouquet yet! There were a lot of roses and carnations and a pretty spray. I also liked how the florist (Phillip's in Naperville) added a cute little "Happy Birthday" pick in the center. It was very well put together. The arrangement was very bright, colorful and cheerful. My Mom thanked me several times for it. She really loved everything about it. I was not there to see it firsthand but she sent me a picture and it was very nice.

The flowers were ordered as a birthday present. The name of the item is "Lovely LAVENDER Present". The flowers themselves were beautiful. I understand that it won't look exactly as pictured, and accept that there may be minor flower substitutions if necessary. I had no complaint with the flowers. I was sent photos after they were delivered. My issue is that they were displayed in a YELLOW box with YELLOW tissue. The person for whom these flowers were delivered, actually hates yellow. Her fav color is purple(Hence why I ordered this specific product), and one would think that if it's named "LOVELY LAVENDER", that the actual LAVENDER wouldn't be substituted.
Other than that, I would say I was pleased overall with the value and quality of the product.

The "Lovely Lavendar Present" was included in the birthday category on Teleflora.com. However, I found it quite appropriate for an Easter hello. It was a perfect Easter gift for my grandmother who love the color lavendar. This messenger of Easter also served as a happy announcement of my arrival for a week long visit coming up in April. My grandmother called me elated over not just the flowers but my pending visit as well. She absolutely loved the color arrangement and promptly placed it on her dining room table as her Easter center piece. Teleflora flower arrangements never fail me and the flowers seem to last forever. I know the memory of Teleflora flowers do last forever. Thank you, Teleflora, for making it so easy brighten a loved one's day.
