Extremely disappointed. It had NO tulips, my daughter's favorite and one of the main reasons I chose it. It had NO eucalyptus, only a reed heart.

The eucilyptus used to make the heart was unique. This really was great for Valentines Day. We asked for the upgrade so there were a lot of flowers. [...] Her coworkers oohed and aahed over it.
