    Comments about Teleflora's Heartwarming Thoughts Boston Fern:

    Teleflora used a florist that delivered the wrong selection for a funeral. They tell me it's partially my fault because there is a "box" they default that says the florist may substitute. All the years I have done w/Teleflora I have never had these problems. This happened 3 times in the past 2 months to me. WATCH OUT FOR THE SWITCH!!! However after several emails and calls to them, they more than compensated me. A challenging experience.
