When the bouquet finally arrived it was lovely (according to my daughter who used to flower arranging as part of her proffession and is therefor very fussy )- she also sent me a photo on line and they looked wonderful but she had to ring to find out why they were not delivered on Mother's Day - spoiling the surprise -however reducing the price by 20 % has helped but makes me nervous as to why they were not delivered on time and why was I never contacted to apologise and inform me of the re-bate - and has it indeed been credited to me?

Gorgeous arrangement that mom loved a lot. Was overwhelmed by the beauty of the white roses in the arrangement. Has received many, many comments from those that are visiting her in the nursing home on the beauty of the flowers. She says the roses smell wonderful and the entire arrangement has lasted well over a week. I am very pleased with this arrangement and would order it again for mom or anyone else so deserving of such a beautiful bouquet.

After a very, very difficult late winter / early spring, it's finally May! My step-mother really needed (and totally deserved) a boost. Teleflora's beautiful Enchanted Cottage arrangement seemed just the thing -- and Mother's Day was the perfect occasion. The lovely lilac and white arrangement was as beautiful in her kitchen as it was on the website -- and since they are her favorite colors, it was a total home run!!

The arrangement was delivered on time. The quality of the flowers was just wonderful. Couldn't have been easier!
