The local florist was very helpful and even called me when they were unable to deliver due to receiving information that my Mother was in the hospital and not at home. There was a mix-up at the senior facility she lives at and the florist was very gentle in telling me she thought Mother was in the hospital. As I said it was all a mix-up and the florist arranged to redeliver the flowers to my sister's address to prevent further confusion. Everyone loved the bouquet and told me it was very attractive.

The only reason this does not get five (5) stars is because it was our second choice. The delivery was to a smaller suburban area and the local florist has only limited Teleflora inventory. That aside, though: the arrangement was very well received by our client celebrating a milestone birthday. The colorful curling ribbon around the vase is echoed in the vase's pattern, making the whole thing "pop" in a cheerful and vibrant way. The blooms were fresh and long lasting. We always know when we send a Teleflora arrangement that it will arrive even more beautiful than pictured on the site. And *nothing* for the recipient to do but sit back and enjoy their flowers. Nice work, Teleflora!
