The main reason I ordered this arrangement was because of the burgundy Asiatic lilies, but the arrangement didn't arrive with these flowers at all. I understand that florist can substitute "comparable" flowers, but I don't think what was substituted was near comparable. I was a little disappointed, but the arrangement that came was nice too.

I have ordered many bouquets from Teleflora and each one has been better than advertised. This one is no different. But I have received many more comments than usual from my wife about how beautiful and unique this particular arrangement is. She also commented about how much her co-workers loved this arrangement. The vase is very unique and sets this apart from any other. The flowers are extremely fresh - 10 days from the delivery date and everyone that sees this arrangement thinks I spent $150+ on it. But not when you order from Teleflora. For me this is a sure winner.

I purchased these flowers for my mother's birthday, and my dad sent me a photo of them. The arrangement was pretty, but it didn't really resemble the photo on the Teleflora website. Both the lilies and the orchids were different colors and species, and they didn't even include any cymbidium orchids or the like from what I could see. The type of lilies used were also a different species - the kind you can buy at the deli or grocery store. I can't help but feel ripped off; I feel like I paid a lot but only got a mediocre gift for my mom. I understand the local florist may substitute flowers if the actual ones are not available, but I feel they could have done more to make it look better.
