I sent this arrangement to a colleague upon the passing of her father. She texted me said they were absoulutely BEAUTIFUL!! Later in person, she told me they were so beautiful and impressive she thought they were fake at first. She added that upon viewing the flowers on the two mornings preceeding the funeral, it brought her a smile, which is exactly what I had hoped for to help her through her very difficult time of grief.

The bouquet was sent as a token of sympathy and was appropriate. I was not able to see the bouquet itself, but my friend said the bouquet was beautiful and she and her family loved it.

The bouquet was delivered to my friend's home, which is not easy to find. The delivery truck did have a difficult time finding the home and Teleflora contacted me immediately to get additional directions and recipient contact information. The Teleflora representative was very professional and friendly. She told me she would contact me again if the delivery van needed additional information.

The bouquet arrived on the day promised and my friend and her family were very appreciative.
