                              I ordered a balloon with planter it was to be a i love you balloon but they sent a happy birthday one instead. I Called and Phyllis had to take ballon back to work with her,before they would bring her right one. Which was very embarssising.They were to exchange it in the morning she hadn't got it so i called and then they said they were busy but would get it to her they did get there late that afternoon.
