I ordered this as a sympathy bouquet when my stepmom's 92-year-old mother passed away. I didn't see the flowers in person as I live in another state, but she and my dad said it was really beautiful. I especially liked that it didn't have the usual white funeral lilies -- the pollen from those triggers my dad's allergies. I also liked that it came in a basket rather than a vase, since they had to drive a couple of hours to her services and this seemed like it would be easier to transport. I would definitely choose this arrangement again as a sympathy gesture.

While I was unable to actually see the arrangement, I was told by others at the service how lovely it was. The flowers were perfectly fresh, and there was a good mix of fully opened and partially open blooms. There was a very small window of time in which the flowers could be delivered, but they were there right on time. I'm very pleased with the overall quality of both the arrangement and delivery service, and the only reason I didn't give it a higher rating was because I didn't see it for myself.

The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. When I went to the funeral home for visitation of the decedent, I made a point of seeking out the flower arrangement that was delivered by Teleflora, and I was grateful to see that it was a very nice arrangement. The family of the decedent even commented that it was lovely. I was especially pleased that the flowers were delivered very promptly as I placed the order on a last-minute basis.
