The arrangment of roses and stargazer lillys was beautiful and well made in a very attractive vace (not the one shown but better). The flowers lasted more than a week while we carted them home from work and up to the cottage which made a great centerpiece for a dinner party. Carted them home from the cottage on Sunday and they have been lighting up the kitchen this week. The original delivery was prompt and uneventful (which is great). I would definately order from Teleflora again - probably in the near future.

I've used Teleflora at least eight or nine times now and each experience has been extremely positive. The flowers are always fresh and remain alive and well a long time after they arrive. This particular bouquet was no exception. The roses were full and healthy and the lilies smelled absolutely lovely. The size of the bouquet was quite impressive and my girlfriend was very happy to receive it. The internet ordering procedure is very convenient and I definitely will not hesitate to use Teleflora again.

The bouquet was not exactly what I ordered (although they say that that sometimes happens due to availability) however, I had originally wanted to order something with stargazer lilies but couldn't find one in my price range - but to my surprise, that's what they replaced them with! And it ended up looking great and my girlfriend loved them.

I love the product, it is great. I have been working now for a top notch customer service company for years in Jetblue. We value our product and we also value our customer. You guys do a great and better job than 1800 flowers ever did. the one thing that i wish there could be was a time of delivery. I know its not actually your company that delivers the flowers and you have smaller surrounding companies in the area of the delivery deliver them, but i wish i could talk to them or put a description of how i want it deliverd. if you personalized every customers request it would make for that much more of an expeirence. My parents went to work at 8 in the morning. I was hoping it to get delivered before they left but it doesnt give me option to put that. and i know some delivery services dont open until after 8 but i would love to know my options for when they can. because when it did get delivered it sat outside until they got home from work at 6 and the weather wasnt the greatest which kind of made them not a presentable. just a word of thought.
