I had ordered the flowers for my daughter for special day. The reason I chose this certain arrangement was for the glittery snowflakes. My daughter call to thank me for the flowers I asked about the snowflakes and there were none in her arrangement. I was surprised. I sent her a picture from the Teleflora website on what the flowers should look like and she said it was close but not what I had ordered. I use Teleflora all the time and this is the first time I had a problem. I'm not complaining because my daughter still enjoyed her flowers.

My mom is a floral designer too - I have sent her numerous bouqets through Teleflora- 2 companies complete the order and deliver them to her - my mom says one is great, flowers fresh and beautiful, the other not so good - flowers not fresh, she purchased soome to fill it in herself + looks like flowers I ordered were not the same as depicted in the picture - cheaper and less vibrant ones put in place.

The bouquet was sent to a funeral and after receiving pictures from a family member I discovered it did not look anything as nice as what I had ordered.

I was very disappointed in the arrangement as it was not what I would have thought. This was for a church mother and it was no where near the picture and was not very fresh.
