I wanted to send my stepmother something special for Mother's Day that she would be able to keep beyond a few days but I wasn't interested in a typical household plant arrangement. Then I saw this. When she thanked me she told me she had been thinking of african violets and that this arrangement was perfect. Her roses were very fresh and she will be able to plant and enjoy them for years to come. I hope to see more arrangements like this one.

The flowers were delivered half way across the country, so I wasn't able to see the arrangement, but my dearest friend raved about how beautiul it was. The arrangement was very appropriate for the occasion. It was so beautiful, that she planned to display it as a centerpiece on her dining room table. This was my first time using Teleflora and I'm very very pleased. Delivery was on time and your customer reps were very nice and helpful. I will definately order my next flower arrangement from Teleflora.

Although I was not able to see the arrangement in person, I was told that the flowers were beautiful. I had chosen this arrangement so the flowers could be planted outside as a remembrance. My friend had written that they were beautiful and would remind her of her loved one as they will brighten her garden--which was exactly my desire. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the exact arrangement pictured (with yellow roses and the blue violets) because they were not available anywhere in the area where the arrangement was being sent (Teleflora had checked with all its florists)--tulips and purple violets were substituted, instead. Telaflora contacted me about the problem and coordinated with the florist to offer a solution--I was given options to choose from and followed the advice of the florist, since she had the expertise. The customer support from Telaflora and the florist was outstanding--both went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied (down to the addition of a bow on the arrangement)--and based on my experience, I would definitely order--especially this particular arrangement--from Telaflora again. This was my second order with Telaflora within a month and I was extremely happy with my first order (it was delivered on time as promised and the color of the flowers was "customized" to my request (birth of a baby boy).

I did not get to see the basket or flowers but was told that they looked beautiful. They were for someone who had just lost her husband so I thought she could use some beautiful flowers and a nice growing plant that will be a much needed pick me up for her office. The roses can be planted in her garden and the violets will live a long time and continue to grow as time and healing pass. The basket I was told is very nice and made of fine quality. She can use it for many differant things. Baskets like this are very expensive, glad for the quality you provide at a reasonable price.

This beautiful basket had very large plants that where very healthy. The color combination was great! The display was so pleasing to my parents. They were able to keep this birthday gift and use it as their Easter centerpiece as well!
