I normally go to local florist I use to be sure flowers are sent to my mom from her favorite florist in her town and state (different than mine). She is very particular in what she likes and expects. Because I was late in getting Mother's Day flowers ordered I decided to try teleflora.com. I was very pleased when my mother-in-law went on and on with my husband on how beautiful her flowers were, so called my mom just to chat. First thing she said was how beautiful the bouquet and vase were. She was very excited on the unusual color of tulips in the center; she likes something a little different each time. My mom was thrilled with her bouquet. It arrived on time and was beautiful. The flowers were fresh and full of color, they really brightened her day. Since I can't be with her it's important to be able to trust my gift will a good one without seeing it. When I talked to her she took a lot of time describing the bouquet to me so I know it made a wonderful impression on her. She loved it and that is what is important to me. I did not personally see the bouquet because I sent it to my mom for Mother's Day, and she lives 800 miles away, but she couldn't say enough about how beautiful it was. She said the flowers were fresh and just as gorgeous as the picture, and the vase was lovely and something she would save and use again. The delivery was on time as promised.

The bouquet was great nice a full. Some flowers were taller which made the arrangement look more full and beautiful! Broken Arrow Flowers and Gifts was great opposed to our experience with Floral Haven Funeral home/cemetery/flower shop! Not having the 15 dollar service fee made the purchase more REASONSBLE as well, and I would buy more flowers if that outrageous fee was added.
