I have purchased these roses for Mom on Mother's Day in the past and they are always delivered on time and in great shape. However, this year, I forgot to include the card message when I placed the online order. I called right away and the customer service rep was polite and very responsive. Considering this was the Tuesday before Mother's Day, I was impressed with the minimal time on hold and the agent's quick fix to my problem. Mom was thrilled with the roses, as usual, and said they were "just beautiful".

The arrangement was beautiful and had the freshest flowers that I had ever seen. The flowers still look freshly cut a week after the delivery. My wife loves the flowers. I posted a picture of the flowers to my Facebook account and received over 30 comments. The ladies were really impressed with the arrangement and wanted to know where I got them or how they were ordered. Several persons planned to drop hints to their husbands or boyfriends that flowers such as a dozen red roses would be appreciated. I hope they were lucky enough to get flowers as nice as the ones that were delivered to my wife for our anniversary. Appreciate the great job that Telefora did with the arrangement and delivery of the flowers.

The roses were nice and fresh. It's a week later and they still look good. The only thing is I wish I had requested some Baby's Breath in the arrangement for a little contrast.

At first I was skeptical using any sort of online service for flower delivery as I've had bad experiences in the past. BUT I was surprised to hear it arrived so promptly and carefully. My girlfriend received them at her door and she was ecstatic. It comes with a beautiful vase and the flowers were fresh and perfectly picked, according to my girlfriend. That and some balloons and chocolate made this one of the best Valentine's Day gifts ever.
