I ordered the flowers for valentines day for my girlfriend I payed an outrageous charge to have them delivered on Valentines day. My girlfriend was at her place of business, where the flowers were supposed to be delivered, until 6::00 pm. The flowers were never delivered. I had received an order confirmation and also a delivery confirmation on valentines day. She called the next day and they told her they had been delivered. She advised them that they weren't delivered. Whoever she spoke to said they would check into it and a short time later told her the flowers would be delivered to her. They then delivered the flowers, the day after valentines. I was still charged the valentines day delivery charge.

The bouquet was perfect for the occasion. There was a substitution of carnations for the white alstroemeria which worked out fine. The roses were top quality, arranged beautifully. A happy mom.

My son is a resident in a group apartment setting for individuals with disabilities. I sent two of these arrangements with a balloon flying high from each for the two dining tables in the apartments. I noted if they could be a bit shorter than shown that would be great...the photo and smiling faces of the residents sent to me Valentine's evening said it all...they were a big hit!

I ORDERED THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR VALENTINES DAY, IT WAS NOT MY FIRST SELECTION BUT BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION OF WHERE SHE LIVES THEY COULD NOT SEND MY FIRST CHOICE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT I COULD NOT SEND THE ONES I WANTED, HOWEVER TELEFLORA GAVE ME A SECOND CHOICE THAT THEY COULD SEND. OVERALL THE FLOWERS WERE WHAT THEY SEND THEY WOULD BE AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR. I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE AND I LOVE IT .SENDING THESE FLOWERS MADE MY DAY AND RECEIVING THEM MADE MY DAUGHTERS DAY TOO!

The Valentine's Day bouquet was beautiful and I ended up getting it for less than my favorite local shop would have charged for the same bouquet, but I was still able to get it from the same local shop! I am always disappointed about the size of flower arrangements around Valentine's Day compared to spending the same amount of money any other time in the year, so I had hoped it would be a little bigger and have a few more roses. But it certainly met my lowered expectations for this time of year.
