This arrangement was sent to my 82 year old mother-in-law. She was bedazzled my the arrangement not only in the beautiful flowers that it contained but also by the size of the arrangement and the gorgeous vase that it came in. She said that the flowers lasted for over a week (some 2 weeks). I can not attest to this as I live 900 miles away from her. She really loved it!

The bouquet that I chose for my mother in laws 60th birthday was NOT what I had chose from the picture. If there was any problem with not being able to match the picture and bouquet that was chosen, the florist should call and let the sender know what they need to do some alterations to the bouquet with other flowers. I do not feel that this was [$] arrangement. So disappointed in this service.

Delivery comments:

The delivery was not for 2 hours after I have received the confirmation of delivery. It happened at 5pm, the end of the day. The delivery driver had an excuse that was not work related. Poor service.

I got the premium level, so I expected it to look a lot like the picture and description. The bouquet was very pretty, but not worth the steep price. In the description it says "bright green cylinder," but the florist put it in a short, square one. Didn't have the height I wanted. The blooms weren't as variegated and textured as pictured. It did match the colors pretty well, and the container WAS green. I'm giving it 4 stars (as opposed to fewer) b/c the recipient was very pleased... but she doesn't know how much it cost. She did add, though, that the blooms smelled great.

My daughter in law was very pleased with these flowers for mother's day. After several days they were still fresh, fragrant and beautiful! She said the vase was perfect for the arrangement.

Sent these to my mother and she loved them. A very ladylike bouquet. I thought the vase was a bit plain in the photo, so I added a comment in my order to substitute a prettier vase. The florist in PA selected a fleur-de-lis vase which was perfect.

Beautiful bouquet and was very well arranged. We shipped out of state so I didn't see it in person, but was emailed a photo of the arrangement when it arrived. Just beautiful.

I had been disappointed in the past with floral arrangements sent out of town, so I tried saving money by ordering the "boxed" flowers. That was dissapointing, too. I decided to give Teleflora a try, and what a relief! The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was so pleased. They arrived early in the day, perfectly arranged and very fresh. They did not contain the hydrangeas that the picture showed, but there was a clear disclaimer that all blooms depicted may not be available at every florist. And the arrangement was gorgeous w/o them. I will definately use Teleflora again in the future.
