During the Mother's Day season it can sometimes be tough to get a really nice arrangement delivered but this one was a stunner. Great colors and the flowers were in perfect condition, not yet fully open so after 1-2 days they really reached their peak which was perfect.

The flowers were beautiful, well received, are blooming wonderfully! But... they are not nearly the same color as in picture - they are very light pink, there were not garden greens hanging down, and the vase is not the same dramatic shape at all, it's still wider at the top than the bottom, but not by much. Overall, however I'd still recommend it.

This bouquet was even more beautiful than expected and was very appropriate for the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at the new assisted living community. The roses were exquisite and the vase was beautiful as well. I have ordered from Teleflora for over two years now and have not been disappointed yet with any one item. I ordered the beautiful Dreaming in Pink long-stemmed pink rose and ivy arrangement and had it delivered to my friend's job on her birthday. She was ecstatic and the envy of her office; a few men in her office even remarked how they needed to "step up their game". The arrangement was nearly perfect except there were 17 and not 18 roses. Between my friend and me, we counted the roses at least six (6) times.

Be that as it may, I have to give the product rating five (5) stars because of not only the high quality of the flowers, but the two lovely and empathetic Teleflora customer service reps and manager who assisted me with resolving the issue.

When I called Teleflora about the missing rose, both reps asked me what they could do to resolve the issue for me. We talked about having the florist deliver the single rose with baby's breath, which was an option, but ultimately when Teleflora offered a $17+ credit card refund ($7 for the rose, $10 for delivery), I accepted...WOOHOOO Teleflora :-D

I have ordered from Teleflora twice and I have been thrilled with the quality, prompt delivery, and now their outstanding customer service. Thanks again TF, TTFN. My Mom's birthday is coming up!

This was sent to my mother on her final days , she passed 3 days after it's arrival but she said it was the biggest vase and arrangemant she had ever seen. after her passing my dad put it at the memorial service and it was still very beautiful and it meant a lot to him.i have used teleflora in the past for flowers for my mother and you have always exceeded expectations. thank you for this amazing arrangement for my mother's final days.

18 long stem pink roses accented with greenery made tongues wag when they arrived at the office of a good friend on the occasion of her birthday.
