This is my first time ordering flowers for delivery. I ordered two deluxe bouquets, one for my future mother-in-law in Hollywood, FL and one for my mother in Ft. Myers, FL. It was a Mother's Day gifts to them from my future husband and me. I told them to send me a picture of the floral arrangements. 1st order-My mother-in-law, she seems happy with it. It is pretty but definitely does not look like the picture. There are fewer flowers and no daisies as shown in picture online. Nor was it as full as the picture shows making it rather loosely arranged and small. The vase looks black like a really dark purple or red, not like the picture online. It would have been nice to have gotten the one as shown online and a fuller arrangement. I do realize there are a few lilies that still need to bloom but the arrangement doesn't even look close to the standard version of this bouquet. I ordered two deluxe versions. 2nd order-My mother's, it looks amazing! It is full of flowers, all different types as noted online. Arrived in the same vase as noted in the 1st. Hers I believe looks better than the picture online! She says it looks spectacular! I am kind of sad in my heart about the first arrangement, but completely WOW'd by the second arrangement, that is why I chose 4 stars instead of 5. As long as they are both happy that is all that matters! I actually paid less for the 2nd arrangement, for the same bouquet of flowers, than the 1st. Just goes to show each arrangement is made differently at each Teleflora location. On another note: Each time I called the Customer Service reps they were very nice and helpful. Chat online doesn't always work.

Ordered the flowers in the morning to be delivered later that day (anytime). Website says before 3pm and gets delivered that day. Flowers did not get delivered until the next day. No call, text, or e-mail until the next morning. Flowers looked great though.

I had a little issue with the delivery date (flowers didn't arrive the day of), but customer service was fantastic :). Flowers were beautiful and in pristine condition. Thank you, Teleflora!

Our aunt & uncle were thrilled with the bouquet. It was just as the picture in the order form. The vase was clear, which I preferred. The arrangement lasted for over a week. My uncle said it was fit for royality.

I asked that the flowers be sent before noon, did not pay the extra fee and they still got there before noon. She loved the flowers!

My Mother really enjoyed the bouquet my sister and I sent her for Valentine's Day. It cheered her up to the point where she nearly cried! Because of that, coupled with the fact that I live over 2,000 miles away from her, I have decided to send flowers more frequently. My sister-in-law told me how beautiful the bouquet was and sent me a picture of it on my phone. The picture proved that the on-line version of what was being sent was not quite as gorgeous as the actual product, which was a very pleasant surprise!
