The product itself was gorgeous and of high quality. Very nice flowers, the container was fantastic, and my wife and everyone at work loved it. This was a "cheer up" gift I sent my wife who was having a rough time at work, and it succeeded.

Unfortunately the same could not be said for the delivery service. Please note this is specific to the delivery service in Waldorf, MD and NOT Teleflora, who were incredibly professional and responsive to the problem. I requested (and paid for) rush delivery, but when I checked in the flowers had not been delivered by the requested time. I called Teleflora and apparently the vendor they worked with did not do rush deliveries in spite of the fact that the service was paid for. In the end Teleflora refunded the cost of the rush service and also ensured the flowers were delivered by the end of the business day.

I consider this purchase a success and will continue to use Teleflora.

This product was beautifully put together offering a variety of fall colors, perfect for thanksgiving. All flowers were as hoped, and any small alterations made fir the bouquet wonderfully. The flowers lasted for 10 days which was much longer than anticipated.

Our mom said these flowers were absolutely beautiful. She had never seen roses of that color and the whole arrangement went together beautifully. She stated that she was surprised at how large it was. We ordered the standard size bouquet.

This was a gift to my sister & brother-in-law. They were hosting a very large Thanksgiving dinner. They said the arrangement was wonderful and that everyone commented on how lovely it was. They all thought the pumpkin was real until they touched it. I know my sister was very pleased because she has thanked me several times since receiving it which had never happen before.

This bouquet offers an outstanding selection of colors and became the centerpiece for the table setting for the family Thanksgiving gathering. Everyone commented on how gorgeous the bouquet was and remarked that they hoped to find the offering themselves in the next holiday season. The pumpkin vase was perfect for this bouquet and provded an additional feeling of the holiday. I think the name chosen for this bouquet says it all because it certainly brought "autumn joy" to our table and to the celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday.

I ordered the Autumn of Joy flower arraignment for Thanksgiving to be sent to my daughter.
When I arrived at her home I couldn't believe how beautiful the arraignment was. The ceramic pumpkin was so full of beautiful fresh flowers. All of the guest commented on the display and asked where they had come from. It made a beautiful centerpiece for her Thanksgiving table. If I've used the word beautiful to many times it's because it truly was! I know who I'll be ordering my next arraignment from!!

I sent this to my parents for Thanksgiving and they absolutely loved it! They said it looked exactly like the picture and even texted me a photo to prove it. It was the perfect addition to the table and reminded them of us even though we couldn't be there.
