When my mother received the flowers, she called me right away. She went on and on about how beautiful the colors of the flowers were. She described the roses as not having opened yet-- which to me means the arrangement will last longer. She had trouble describing the cup and saucer-- she couldn't find words to do it justice. I've ordered flowers for my mother before, and she's never been disappointed, but this time she was more complimentary than ever. Thank you for letting me help her day be a little bit more special.

My recipient recieved a substitution and I was very displeased with it. I saw what she recieved and thought it was a VERY POOR substitution at best. I chose this bouquet so my sister could have a keep sake and I was so VERY disappointed. She recieved a glass vase and the flowers did not match either. I do not feel that the teleflora florist even tried to make a match. I also just had another order with teleflora that I am not happy with. When the comment form comes I am sorry to say I will not have a positive response. The first person that talked to me on the phone was nice...the follow up person was RUDE...and there is no excuse for that.
