Teleflora does a good job with its many florist partners to deliver fresh floral arrangements and I have no problem there. What bugs me is that this is the second time that I've used Teleflora to deliver an arrangement to my mom (Valentine's Day and now Mother's Day). Both times the flowers were fresh and presentable. But I bought the Mixed African Violet Basket based in part for the basket with handle, which is NOT how it was delivered. The violets look great but the so-called basket was this 'tray' made of similar wood materials. It was ok but my mom likes baskets and that was a big part of my reason to shell out the extra bucks. For Valentine's Day I bought her the Hershey's Kiss-shaped container with flowers but the vase was NOT a Hershey's Kiss as all. I read the disclaimers that say the local floral partners will use materials and flowers as close to what's order as possible, but this is the second consecutive time. If Teleflora cannot guarantee that I can get what I pay for, then I'll go to the near farmers market, grocery story or florist, buy them myself and bring them to my mom.

Beautiful Mixed African Violet basket was exactly like the picture portrayed it. Exceeded my expectations of the picture vs my thoughts of "probably won't be this lovely". But it was and then some!! Teleflora rocks!!!! Outstanding products!

My office teammates and I sent this bouquet to our manager on the loss of her grandmother. We didn't get to see it, but she said it was lovely. She's not a fussy person, so the arrangement was somewhere in between being too funeral-like and not having any color at all. We wanted her to have a living reminder of her loved one, and this seemed to fit the ocassion.

This arrangement was really attractive and even nicer than I expected, The florist even added a butterfly. It looked lovely at the funeral home and will bring joy to the family for a long time.

My mother in law really liked the violets but her complaint was that the last time she recieved it, one of the violets died because she was watering the basket and the violets were not touching the bottom of the basket so they didn't get any water.
