You forgot to send flowers for Valentine's Day?

While it may not seem like a deal, forgetting to adequately show your sweetheart your love and appreciation on Valentine's Day by sending flowers may land you in the proverbial dog house.

Let's face it, even if she says she isn't upset, odds are she is fuming. You need to redeem yourself, and fast!

Sending a bouquet of her favorite flowers to her home or office is one way to get yourself back in her good graces.

A bouquet of red roses, which symbolizes romantic love and passion, accompanied by a heartfelt apology note is another tactic.

Attach a card that says something along the lines of, "The holiday may have passed, but I choose to express my love and commitment for you every day of the year." Or, "These flowers may be beautiful, but they cannot compare to the on-going beauty of our love." Remember, you need to admit that you were wrong and come up with a way to make it right!

Over-the-top gifts, such as flowers that are sent each day for several days in a row, or a large abundance of blooms decorating the house when she arrives home are also good ways to apologize.
