Many gardeners become eager for their summer flower arrangements to come into bloom as the season continues. However, the placement of these beautiful buds can make or break a garden, as some shades look better with others, according to Silicon Valley Community Newspaper.

The news source suggests that white is one of the best hues because it can brighten up a shaded area, or bring out some deeper colors - purple, red, and blue by making them look richer.

In addition, those deep colors should be permanently in the sun, otherwise it can make a shaded area seem even darker. Lighter colors like pinks, yellows and lavender can go in both bright areas and darker ones as they add an beautiful touch to any garden. Some colors do contrast though, such as orange and blue, according to the media outlet.

The Madison County Herald reports that the summer flower, lantana, is the perfect bloom for the season. Not only because the flower is unique, but also due to the bright yellow color that can enhance any garden
