Teen heartthrob has flowers delivered to a fan

by webdev

December 21, 2010

Teenage music sensation Justin Beiber is apparently a fan of flowers.

The pop star recently sent two dozen red roses to a teen fan who's recovering in the hospital following a car accident.

The get well flowers were delivered after friends and family of Pennsylvania teen Elizabeth McCleerey started a Facebook page urging Bieber to send her flowers.

According to JSYK.com, the Facebook page titled "Get Justin Bieber to Send Elizabeth McCleerey Flowers" has received over 3,400 "likes" since it was put up. In addition, many supporters have used the site to offer their own get well wishes and to urge the teen heartthrob to help put a smile on McCleerey's face with a flower delivery.

"The flowers just arrived at Elizabeth's bedside!!!" a wall post read, according to the website.

The 14-year old has been in the hospital recovering from injuries sustained in a car accident in October.

Bieber was recently nominated for two Grammy awards and was featured as one of the most fascinating people of 2010 by Barbara Walters.

As the 15-year old singing sensation can attest, sending get well flowers to someone recovering from an accident, illness or other injury is a surefire way to bring a smile to their face.
