The Crowthorne Flower Festival will take place next month at St. John's Church, in Crowthorne England, and it will coincide with the local carnival, according to GetBrackell.Co.Uk. The event will raise money for war heroes, and organizers hope it will draw fans of flowers from several different organizations.

Over 30 local groups, such as schools, clubs and churches, will participate in the event by designing several flower displays. The show reflects the theme of the Crowthorne Carnival, which is "Rhythm of Life" this year.

"It's great to see so many people who are passionate about their contribution and making the event a success," chairwoman of the event Carol Cain told the news source. "It's a great day out there for all the family whilst at the same time raising valuable funds for a worthwhile charity."

In addition to the floral displays, there will be musical accompaniment from local groups, as well as face painting to entertain the children.

Flowers are a fantastic way to honor those who dedicate their time to their country. A floral bouquet will demonstrate how appreciative you are of their honorable service and sense of duty. Bouquets can also help combat depression, according to a study performed at Rutger's university.
