Ordered Victorian Garden Premium for my mother-in-laws 85th Birthday and it was absolutely gorgeous! She loved it!! The best flower arrangement I have ever seen. Can be used for any occasion. I will order it again and highly recommend it.

I understand that they can't guarantee that the arrangement will exactly match the photo, but I paid [$] for these flowers and I did not get [$] worth of flowers. The basket was white, which doesn't have the same effect, there weren't any of the vivid colors and actually only about half the flowers that were in the photo. The ivy was one measly piece that was haphazardly thrown over the handle of the basket. The recipient was happy with the flowers, but of course she doesn't know what the arrangement was supposed to look like or what it cost. I spent a lot of time picking out just the right arrangement and if they couldn't fulfill this, they should have said so. I have a photo of what was received but I don't know how to attach it.

I was unhappy with the appearance of the basket. It looked wild, was not neatly arranged as the picture. I have used this website on many occasions to send flowers and this was the first time I was not happy with the purchase. I wouldn't want to discourage someone from ordering the basket as another florist may do a better job.
