The dreaded question that many prom flower buyers ask is: To do the pin-on or a wrist strap on the corsage? Here are a few questions you may want to consider to help you decide:

-
Is the dress strapless? If yes, a pin-on could be a bit... awkward - a wrist corsage is probably best.
- Do you have any sensitivities to adhesives or metal? Avoid the pin if you have metal allergies and the wrist corsage if you're uncertain about having adhesives near the skin, as many florists use a dab of glue to make sure the corsage stays on the right spot on the wrist strap.
- Can you wear a bracelet for several hours without fussing or wanting to remove it? Wearing a wrist corsage is a lot like wearing a (rather large) watch. If you fidget when wearing a watch, then a wrist corsage probably won't be as comfortable for you as something pinned to your dress.
What's your favorite way to wear a corsage? Or do you prefer going non-traditional with a handheld nosegay or pinning the blooms to a purse, instead? Let us know in the comments!
